During most of my experience in the performing arts, education, and writing, I have been involved with the interaction of individuals and the leadership of both small and large organizations.

This new website offers information for authors, artists, and other professionals seeking advice in advancing their careers, and for some, the success of organizations to which they may belong and/or in which they hold a position of leadership. The essence of the topics I explore is uncomplicated, for it can often be reduced to a single word, communication. Whether we are working in the arts or technology, we all face the challenge of communicating effectively. When I decided to incorporate history and multiculturalism in my chosen topics of authorship, I recognized that there would be a need for humor as well as data in my output…and that is what I strive to do, regardless of the task…
